Dr Victoria Hayman

After completing a PhD. in Chemistry at the University of York, Dr Hayman worked for six years in the Department of Environment coordinating research on climate change and stratospheric ozone depletion to help inform UK and international policy in these areas.

Following a career break, she returned to work as Personal Assistant to Andrew Burnham, the Bishop of Ebbsfleet, and then moved, in November 2008, to become the Administrator for the Oxford University Centre for Educational Assessment.
