The Executive Seminar for Education System Officials was organised with the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority. The main theme was Recognising a Wider Range of Achievement - Alternative Assessment Procedures. The seminar was held in Hong Kong on the 27th and 28th April 2009, the Seminar Presenters were Professor Gordon Stanley and Professor Jim Tognolini (OUCEA) and Dr Francis Cheung and Dr Thomas Cheung (HKEAA). The seminar was designed to enable education system officials to consider the implications of universal education on the provision of diversified examination services.
