Graduate Scholarships and Studentships in Education
The University and the Department make available opportunities for obtaining the following scholarships and studentships:
Clarendon Fund (Non-UK/EU Students)

Routledge Scholarship (MSc Education - Comparative and International Education)
Each year a Routledge Scholarship of £6000 is awarded to one student taking the MSc course in Comparative and International Education. This scholarship is awarded on the basis of: (1) strength of academic qualifications; (2) fit between the proposed research project and the research interests of the Department and (3) financial need.
Those who wish to apply for this scholarship should send separately from any other admissions material a dissertation outline of approximately 2000 words and a statement of existing funding to Lisa Currie, Higher Degrees Secretary by 12 March 2010.
All applications for the scholarship will be considered following the 12 March 2009 deadline and the successful candidate will be notified in due course. Early application is essential.
Training and Development Agency Bursary
A bursary is available for teachers with qualified teacher status following the part-time MSc Learning and Teaching. Please see the appropriate fees and admissions page.
