Lesley is a research fellow in the Department, having taken both her PGCE and DPhil here in the past. Her research interests are teachers’ professionalism and research engagement.
Lesley supports students’ writing in the Department and has acted as an examiner for the Department (as well as elsewhere). She holds visiting professorships at UCL Institute of Education and Newman University (Birmingham) and is a member of BERA’s Finance and Operations Committee.
