Throughout 2008, Prof. Herb Marsh, Ms. Alison O’Mara, and Dr. Lars-Erik Malmberg have conducted meta-analysis workshops and seminars, funded through the ESRC Researcher Development Initiative (www.rdi.ac.uk). Below are the materials that were presented at these courses, which are freely available for you to download. Please acknowledge the relevant authors if you use these materials.

COURSE MATERIALS
The Advanced Meta-analysis Seminar presented by Prof. Joop Hox was held at the Department of Education, University of Oxford, on 7 November. You can download Prof. Hox's presentation in a zip file here. As an adjunct to his seminar, Prof Joop Hox has kindly made available a draft of his chapter on multilevel meta-analysis from his upcoming revised edition of Multilevel Analysis, Techniques and Applications, which you may download here.
