How do we know if children’s social care services make a difference?
The development of an Outcomes Framework based on the views of those who plan, deliver and use these services, as well as the existing evidence base, aims to go some way to answering this question.
The final report published by the Rees Centre was launched at the Nuffield Foundation in London on 11 July.
