Conducting phone interviews: the pros and cons.

In an ideal world interviews would be conducted face-to-face. For a variety of different reasons this is not always possible.

This seminar will focus on the pros and cons of conducting interviews over the phone to gather qualitative data for a project on teaching and learning in the further Education sector.
