Dr Daniel Caro, OUCEA Research Fellow, has been awarded OECD’s Thomas J. Alexander Fellowship.

The OECD announcement is available here. His fellowship project bridges the fields of educational effectiveness research and international assessment studies. It proposes a classification of education systems based on indicators of effectiveness performance and investigates effectiveness-enhancing factors with PISA trend data. Daniel will be working on this project for one year, three months of which he will be based at the OECD in Paris.
