Please note that Kathleen Tattersall was unable to join us so Isabel Nisbet kindly stepped in as discussant. Isabel was a career civil servant in the UK , with particular experience in the regulation of health care and education. She was the first Chief Executive of Ofqual and in 2011 moved to Singapore to take up a new role as Senior Education Adviser to Cambridge International Examinations on educational developments and thinking in the Asia-Pacific region.
