Hansol Lee is a visiting professor at the Department of Education, University of Oxford, between 2024 and 2025.

He received his doctoral degree in Education from the University of California, Irvine, and is a full professor at the Korea Military Academy. His research interests include educational technology and quantitative research methods, and his work has been published in the Review of Educational Research, Educational Research Review, Child Development, Applied Measurement in Education, Applied Linguistics, Language Learning, among others.
