About me

Aisha is a passionate teacher educator driven by the belief that quality teaching has the power to transform the future of a nation. With extensive experience spanning primary and secondary school teaching as well as lecturing at the university level, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her work in education.

Aisha holds a B.Ed. and an M.Phil. with a focus on Educational Leadership and Management, alongside an M.B.A. specializing in Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a D.Phil., where her research is centered on enhancing the quality of teaching in public schools across Pakistan.

Her work focuses on developing effective instructional support systems that empower teachers to adopt and sustain improved classroom practices. Aisha is particularly invested in exploring adaptable models of pedagogical support tailored to address the unique challenges faced by teachers and school leaders in diverse educational contexts.
