Baijia’s research focuses on the relationship between teacher-child interaction quality, biophysiological indicators, and cognitive performance in preschoolers. She is particularly focused on how the quality of teachers’ individual support can enhance school readiness. Prior to joining Oxford, Baijia earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in neuroscience at the University of Melbourne.
