Hari is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford’s Department of Education. He earned his medical degree from the University of Glasgow and holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Studies in Clinical Education from Wolfson College, University of Cambridge, where his research explored the use of artificial intelligence to support reflective practice among second victims in healthcare; and a Master of Science in Health Economics, Policy and Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), where he examined the application of AI in healthcare management decision-making.
Alongside his clinical work in the NHS, he serves as Module Lead for Pathophysiology and Diagnostics for Advanced Practice within the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care at Anglia Ruskin University.
His DPhil research investigates how artificial intelligence (AI), particularly the rapid emergence of generative AI, engages with and reflects equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) frameworks within medical education and broader professional settings.
