Focused on equity, agency, and belonging within the UK education system, this research is driven by a commitment to advancing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion both within education and beyond. Drawing on Critical Race Theory (CRT), Appreciative Inquiry (AI), and Racial Literacy, it examines the stratified experiences of equality and success in education through the lived realities of Black and Minority Ethnic stakeholders.
