Hello, I am American and I was born and raised in Alabama. Before starting my DPhil, I received an MA in International Relations from Ritsumeikan University in Japan and an MSc in Education (Research Design and Methodology) from the University of Oxford. My research background is interdisciplinary as I am interested in exploring how international student mobility functions as a form of soft power in International Relations.
