Shaena is the Communications Assistant at the Department of Education, where she supports the communications team in managing the Department’s internal and external channels, including the intranet, website, and social media. She produces the internal newsletter, and provides administrative support to the Communications Committee.
Shaena has nearly three years of experience in Higher Education communications and has completed a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Public Relations and Communications.
