Professor Rachel Brooks awarded prestigious Churchill Fellowship

Professor Rachel Brooks, Professor of Higher Education at the Department of Education’s University of Oxford, has been awarded a coveted Churchill Fellowship, which will enable her to travel to Australia and the US to research the ways in which access to international student mobility can be made more equitable.
