I am a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Education, University of Oxford. My research interests focus broadly on inclusion and inequality in higher education.
My current projects include From Access to Inclusion, a mixed-methods study examining how students from different backgrounds connect and interact, and how these experiences shape students’ perspectives on diversity and inequality. I am also working on Students’ Perspectives on the Distribution of Higher Education Opportunities in the UK, a qualitative project investigating how undergraduates make sense of the causes and consequences of educational inequality, and their views on policies designed to widen participation and redistribute opportunity.
Before my current fellowship, I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate across the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge on Close the Gap, a collaborative project addressing ethnic inequalities in doctoral admissions through the design and evaluation of equitable selection practices.
I am also a College Tutor at Mansfield College, University of Oxford.
