Jack is a DPhil student whose research interests centre on vocational education, teacher professional identity, pedagogical content knowledge, and the development of educator expertise.
Before beginning his DPhil, he worked in higher and vocational education, including as a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Exercise Physiology, where he designed, launched and led a postgraduate programme. He is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and previously completed the MSc in Teacher Education at the University of Oxford.
