National Association for the Teaching of English Award

Dr Velda Elliott has been presented with the National Association for the Teaching of English Research Award 2017.
She was nominated for the award for the ‘tremendous amount of support’ she has ‘given the subject discipline, the journal [English in Education] and NATE, through her papers, reviews and general presence.’ The award is presented at the NATE annual conference.
