SKOPE blog on The Post-16 Skills Plan

Ewart Keep, director of SKOPE, has written a blog analysing the government’s recently published 16+ Skills Plan.

The plan is the official response to the Sainsbury Review’s recommendations on the future of Technical Education.  The blog identifies a number of issues that will face government and its agencies in implementing the Sainsbury Review recommendations, particularly as they relate to the central role that will need to be played by employers and by the new Institute for apprenticeships.
