Neurodivergent Education for Students, Teaching & Learning (NESTL)

This project supports neurodivergence-inclusive learning and teaching at the University of Oxford for students, educators, and staff across various departments and units.
Based on workshops, interviews, and reviews of the existing literature and resources, we will collaborate with neurodivergent students and staff to develop and co-create a neurodivergence-inclusive learning and teaching toolkit.
The overarching goal of this project is to contribute to nurturing more inclusive, ethical, equal, and diverse learning and teaching environments, which can further:
- Ensure an inclusive, ethical and more vibrant learning environment, where each student is respected and brings unique perspectives and experiences.
- Empower all students to develop and thrive academically and personally.
- Enhance institutional cultures, that value and celebrate both diversity and individuality.
- Elevate educational equality and justice.
